What We Do

Quoting and the RFP Process
Totalis leads the entire RFP process after request initiation. Our team conducts a plan design review and evaluation and then explores alternatives for cost savings and enhanced benefits. We are responsible for market outreach, distributing the RFP to the market, managing all inquiries, and interacting with carrier representatives from RFP to broker review.

Implementation Support
Totalis helps with determining and gathering the necessary documents from the selected carrier(s) to begin the process. We provide support during implementation, especially for larger or complex cases or those involving absence management.

Renewal Management
For both renewal requests and negotiation, we take a proactive approach. We request renewals from carriers and provide analysis to the broker team to assess if marketing is needed or lead the renewal negotiations to ensure client satisfaction with financial terms.
